Art Across the Spectrum Flexible Creative Work Sessions

We will be offering a series of open work sessions to help artists create art to submit to our special Art Across the Spectrum exhibition each Wednesday evening in March from 6pm-8pm.

We're looking for people who are comfortable helping participants, who are on the autism spectrum or who are neurodivergent (ADHD, dylexic, etc) with their creative projects and supervise activities. Participants will be of all ages, including children. This is not a “drop off” event. Parents should stay while their child participates. Volunteers do not have to be artistically inclined. However, it is a plus.

In addition, we're looking for setup and and break down help/clean up.

Art Across the Spectrum is a unique evening of art and awareness presented by The Capri Theatre, The Center for Family Development and The Fly Arts Center.

This event is designed to help generate awareness about autism spectrum disorder and to highlight the special challenges faced by those living with autism and their families. In addition, the event hopes to showcase the diverse creative talents of local artists on the autism spectrum.
