Dinner Theatre Meal Service Staff
We need volunteers to help with our dinner theatre event as our meal service staff - Hosts, Servers, Bar Tenders (Must be over 21 to volunteer as a bar tender.)
The Fly Arts Center Public Hours Daily Staff
The Fly Arts Center needs volunteers to work as Front Desk Attendants and as Art Gallery Attendants during our regularly scheduled public hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 11am to 7pm. Two shift are available: 11am to 3pm and 3pm to 7pm.

Event Staff Report Time: 8am and Noon (Based on Shift)
Festival of Trees Tree Viewing (Shifts Available - November 25-19)
Tree Viewing Times: Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm and Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm.
Monthly Membership Meeting and Potluck
Our Monthly Membership Meeting and Potluck happens each second Monday of the month. Volunteers are welcome to join us for dinner and the meeting.
Art Crawl Location at The Fly
The Fly Arts Center is partnering with Bedford Arts Collective to be an official location for their Fall Art Crawl. General Event Staffers will be assigned duties when they arrive for the event.
Festival of Trees Committee Members
We need volunteers to help us plan our upcoming community event Festival of Trees. LeAnn Wenzel is our committee chairperson. Meetings are weekly leading up to the event.
